This is Tom Gresham’s podcast about everything related to the topic of guns in America today. Some of the topics include hunting, gun policies, and shooting sports. He broadcasts from Louisiana, and learned much about his profession from his dad, Grits Gresham, who hosted The American Sportsman, an iconic ABC television show that aired from 1966 to 1979. Tom’s most recent episode of Gun Talk was an interview with Jordan Michaels of Guns America, a great site to buy and sell firearms online.
The Firearms Radio Network has a ton of different gun related shows airing all day long. You really can’t go wrong with checking out the whole daily lineup. But one of the most entertaining shows on this podcast channel is We Like Shooting. It’s mostly about the latest in gun gear and advanced technology. They have a rotating cast of people on the show, including Nick Lynch and Aaron Krieger. There is also a companion website that has different gun product reviews.
This podcast is very educational and informative about everything to do with handguns, including extensive conversations about concealed carry. It’s run by Bob Mayne who is competitive shooting sportsman. They also have some reviews and training detailed on the podcast as well. A recent episode called “What is the Condition of Your Gun” is all about maintaining proper use of your handgun to keep it in optimal condition.
This is a podcast and website that is devoted to special guests and people related to the gun industry. It’s run by Nick Humphries who is a certified NRA pistol instructor and specializes in self-defense. The site itself is full of great information in the blog, training videos, and reviews they post each week.
The “gun guy” in this podcast is Joel Persinger, a radio personality with a history of hunting and shooting. His website is mostly the podcast episodes and videos of different firearm reviews. One of the best ones is about the time he hunted javelinas in Arizona. You have to see it. The podcast itself is very entertaining too, with each episode running for about 30 minutes. It’s perfect for that long commute to work in the morning.
