Every Reason to Own Guns, Explained
This is a video you need to send to everyone of your anti-gun friends — provided they still willingly associate you in today’s hot political climate.
With the topics of gun control, gun confiscation, or even the complete repeal of gun rights in America remaining in the national conversation, it’s more important than ever for gun owners to come together and make the case for an armed, civil society.
Throughout this debate, anti-gunners have consistently asked us why we “need guns” to feel safe. Ironically, many of the people asking this question are the same people who say they would stage a civil revolt if they could against the Trump administration.
The reasons for owning weapons are many-fold. First, gun ownership secures a level of independence from the state like nothing else can. Sure, the idea of civilian gun owners successfully revolting against the U.S. military is not exactly feasible — it’s not like you can buy an F-22 Raptor jet or a tactical nuke. Nevertheless, they do provide a reasonable check against tyranny at the local level — and that alone is enough of a deterrent for hostile actors, both foreign and domestic.
The video below succinctly explains the philosophy of gun ownership. Check it out:
