Joe Biden Thinks the Second Amendment is an Entitlement

Former Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden just provided an illuminating look into how he and his followers truly view the Second Amendment.

Speaking at a campaign stop in New Hampshire, a state he confused for its neighbor Vermont during another interview, Biden attempted to show support for the Second Amendment and gun control at the same time. This is not an easy task — mainly because it’s impossible. The “shall not be infringed” part is a pretty clear statement.

The Second Amendment was not included in the Bill of Entitlements — because no such document exists. It was included in the Bill of Rights, a document added to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the liberties the government is intended to protect.

Biden, who served as Barack Obama’s VP for a full eight years, apparently doesn’t see it that way. In line with how the Democratic Party seems to view everything these days, the Democratic frontrunner instead views the Second Amendment as a gift from the state, rather than an inalienable right.

Here’s the Daily Shooter with the details.
