Great Wild North

Meateater with Steven Rinella

With seven seasons already underway, Steven Rinella heads this popular show that aims to demonstrate just how thrilling and interesting hunting can be. They go on many different styles of hunts, including the high desert mule deer, moose, sage-grouse, and even some exotic fishing of black piranha and vampire fish. That’s just a few of the hunts from this past season. This is the most globetrotting of all the hunting shows on Netflix that feature all different types of animals and some guest stars Steven brings along with him.

Chasing Monsters

A show that has two seasons so far, it’s lead by Cyril Chauquet who is a well-known fishing adventurer from Canada. He seeks out some of the biggest and baddest sea creatures around. So if you are a fan of big ocean “hunts” this sports fishing show might be entertaining for you.

The Wild Chef

Chef Martin Piccard turns the Quebec backwoods into his own personal pantry. He actively hunts game like moose, muskrat, and other wild creatures and then turns them into tasty meals. This show has two seasons under its belt already. Chef Piccard wants to try to hunt meat that he’s never tasted before. This is very in-depth on the process of hunting in the deep cold of winter with his adventurous crew.
